What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no fixed MOQ for a project order — a single poster screen and a 100 m² facade build go through the same quotation process. Sample and evaluation units are quoted individually so you can inspect a cabinet before committing to a project quantity.

How long does production take?

Standard configurations are quoted with a production window from the purchase order date. The exact figure depends on pitch, cabinet quantity and whether the order includes custom cabinets; it is confirmed in writing on the quotation rather than held as a general promise.

Can you supply a non-standard aspect ratio?

Yes. Indoor and outdoor cabinets are modular, so a wall can be built to an architectural opening rather than to 16:9. Send the opening dimensions and viewing distance and we will return a cabinet layout with the resulting resolution.

Is the screen compatible with our existing control system?

The screens accept standard video input through the supplied controller, and are commonly integrated with Crestron, Extron and Q-SYS environments. Tell us what the room already uses and the quotation will include the matching input configuration.

What refresh rate do I need for camera capture?

Accepted Answer

3,840 Hz or higher for any screen that will appear on a phone camera, broadcast camera or in a hybrid meeting. All NV series cabinets meet this as standard; the scan configuration is set during commissioning.

Do you ship to Europe and North America?

Yes. We quote ex-works and delivered terms, and can arrange air or sea freight with the documentation set for the destination. Duties and import clearance are quoted transparently rather than absorbed into the unit price.

How are cabinets packed?

Indoor and outdoor cabinets ship in plywood cases with foam inserts sized to the cabinet. Rental cabinets ship eight to a standard flight case so the stock moves straight from the case to the truss.

What does the warranty cover?

Accepted Answer

The warranty covers manufacturing defects in modules, drivers, power supplies and receiving cards for the period stated on the quotation. It does not cover impact damage, water ingress from an incorrectly sealed site, or incorrect power installation. Terms are confirmed per project in writing.

How are spare parts handled after delivery?

Spare modules, power supplies and receiving cards are held for shipped projects, with a dispatch target of 48 hours for stocked items. For multi-site estates we recommend a small spare kit per region, and we will size it with you.

Question 10

Can you support commissioning remotely?

Accepted Answer

Yes. A remote session covers screen configuration, input mapping and colour calibration, and we deliver the calibration files with the project documentation so a future module replacement can be re-matched on site.
