Terms of Use

These terms cover your use of nationvisionled.com and the information published on it. They are separate from the terms of any quotation, proforma invoice or supply contract, which govern a purchase.

Using this site

You may read, download and print pages for the purpose of evaluating or purchasing our products. You may not republish the content as your own, remove attribution, or use automated tools in a way that degrades the service for other visitors.

Product information

Specifications, dimensions, brightness figures and images on this site describe the product family at the time of publication. Displays are configured per project, so the binding specification is the one written into your quotation and confirmed on the proforma invoice, not the summary shown on a product page.

Quotations and orders

• A quotation is valid for the period stated on it, and is subject to the lead time and shipping terms written in that document.
• An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing, normally by proforma invoice, and any deposit stated there has been received.
• Payment methods, delivery terms and inspection arrangements are the ones recorded in the quotation or proforma invoice.

Warranty

Displays are supplied with a two-year quality warranty and lifelong maintenance, as described on our support page. The warranty covers repair or replacement including labor and material within the warranty period. It does not cover damage from incorrect installation, unstable power supply, lightning, water ingress caused by a breached cabinet seal, or unauthorised modification.

Intellectual property

The text, photographs, technical drawings and layout of this site belong to Nationvision Optoelectronics Co., Ltd. Customer-supplied content, logos and artwork remain the property of the customer and are used only to build the order.

Liability

We are responsible for supplying goods that match the agreed specification. We are not liable for loss of profit, loss of business or indirect loss arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China. Disputes that cannot be resolved by discussion are subject to the courts of Shenzhen, Guangdong. Where a signed supply contract names a different forum, that contract prevails.
